Hairweave Killer

Love is considered to some as one of the most powerful intoxicants known to mankind! In this fast-paced tale of sex, murder, and mayhem, Jacobi Brooks finds himself in the midst of a deranged love without bounds. A self-proclaimed playa, he is a flashy, quick-witted guy whom has a reputation for being well endowed and highly skilled in the art of lovemaking. Ladies dance to his seductive rhythm until, one day, his entire world comes crashing down. Becoming a prime suspect in a series of murders, he is dubbed by the media as the infamous "Hairweave Killer." Catching the interest of a beautiful undercover by the name of Monique Stevens, she finds herself trying to prove his innocence and grows attached to him for all of the wrong reasons. Will she become entangled in his web of deception, or perhaps, help to clear his name once and for all? From the streets of Detroit to the sandy beaches of Miami, things are bound to heat up as this ultra-erotic thriller unfolds.

Hairweave Killer was suspenseful and very erotic. The sex scenes where very intense. The main character Jacobi couldn't get a break even when he tried to do right. This book is difinitely a roller coaster ride. You will be shocked by the ending so no peeking..

“Hairweave Killer” was the first Erotic thriller and book by Hood Chronicles that I have read. For the most part, this was a good book. However, it did have moments where events/situations were predictable to me. There were a few grammar issues but not enough to be a complete distraction from the story. This is the reason I would give the story a 4. Overall, it was a good book with some hot and steamy moments. I will still see what other types of books this author writes to see if there are any differences in writing style.
