Such a tragedy presented the opportunity for the opposers of the faith to capitalize on the terror forged by the towers coming down. The light of Western media shined on radical Islamist in order to heighten alarm and to perpetuate a fear of the unknown. Today, Islam has been equated with terrorism, beheadings, mass suicide bombings, and much more negative publicity. These things are a far cry from the humble beginnings of the beloved Prophet Muhammad who promoted peace and prosperity under God's commandments and laws.
